Sallie Mae Component Library

Overview

Developed a comprehensive React component library to standardize UI components across Sallie Mae's enterprise applications. As an SDET, implemented a testing-first strategy using Jest and Storybook to ensure component reliability and maintainability. The library provided reusable, well-tested components including buttons, forms, navigation systems, data tables, and toast notifications. This initiative improved development consistency, reduced code duplication, and accelerated feature delivery across multiple development teams.
